When Purchasing a New Home your HVAC System is the most Expensive Appliance you are purchasing.

Did you know the home inspectors are not qualified HVAC professionals? They are certified to ensure that an HVAC system turns on and off but beyond that they are not completing a full inspection to make sure there are no underlying issues with your HVAC system. 

We recommend hiring one of our HVAC service team members to perform a full evaluation on your HVAC system. We will inspect: 

  • The Ducting

  • The Unit

  • Document the entire inspection with photos

  • Provide an estimate for any repairs so you can work with your realtor and seller to determine the appropriate path forward

  • Advise you on a future maintenance program
