When was the last tine you had your fireplace serviced? If you use your fireplace throughout the fall, winter and spring months, you should be getting your fireplace serviced annually. If you only use your gas fireplace occasionally, you can probably get by with a fireplace service check every two years. We provide fireplace maintenance for residents in Sisters, Bend and Redmond, Oregon.

What to Expect during
your Maintenance Call
After you contact us, we’ll give you a four-hour block of time for your technician’s arrival. The Fireplace must remain off the day of service.

You’ll receive a phone call from the technician when they are on their way.

A uniformed, background-checked technician will arrive and perform maintenance on your fireplace.

Once completed, he or she will explain the condition of your equipment and review pictures showing any problems found during the inspection.

The technician will provide an estimate of any advised repairs. (If Applicable)
05
Payment is due at the time of the visit.
